Proponents for a ban on performing animals spoke at City Commission meeting on November 18.  The issue was not a planned item on the Commission's agenda.  The Commissioners did not decide to take any further action on this issue at the 11/18 meeting. There is no draft ordinance and no votes have been cast on the issue. The Commission may decide to set a time in the future to discuss the issue (possibly January 2015).
