In 2017, the City Council instructed the City Attorney's office to prepare an ordinance for consideration.  Mary Lou Kelly has been monitoring and last spoke with a staff person in the City Attorney's office on 3/15/18, who said that the ordinance is still being worked on and has not been sent to Council yet.
