Elephant Encounters will be bringing their elephants to the Durham Fair in Connecticut this September.  Unfortunately, local animal activist groups are objecting to having elephants at the fair, and are contacting the Fair Executive Board to express their opposition.   As a result, it appears that the Executive Board may put the issue up for a vote.

Please send a short email or letter to the Fair Executive Board members to show your support for having elephants at the Durham Fair.  Contact and mailing information for the Executive Board is below.  In addition, you can also post comments in support of the elephants at the Durham Fair’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Durham-Fair-Association/261631515543).
